1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. The browser’s local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way and is treated the same for the purposes of this policy.

2. What this shop uses

This shop uses technical items, necessary for what you ask it to do, and, only if you accept them in the cookie banner, Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising or ad tracking cookies.

We measure visits and clicks (for example, which buttons are pressed) with Umami, our own tool hosted on our server, which uses no cookies and does not identify anyone: it only counts page views, clicks, country and device type, anonymously. It needs no consent.

  • sc-consent (local storage, first party): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. It stays until you delete it.
  • km-cart (local storage, first party): keeps the products in your cart so they are not lost when you browse or reload. It is removed when you complete the purchase or empty the cart.
  • km-theme (local storage, first party): remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode. Only saved if you change the theme; it stays until you delete it.
  • My account session cookie (first party, HTTP only, payload-token): only created if you sign in with the link we email you, and removed when you sign out or it expires.

3. Third parties

To pay you are redirected to Stripe’s secure page (stripe.com), which may use its own cookies to prevent fraud and process the payment, under its own policy. Fonts are served from this same site, with no external services.

The WhatsApp button opens wa.me, a third-party service, only if you click it.

Google services (Google Analytics, Google Ireland Limited): only loaded if you accept cookies in the banner. They use the first party cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years) to tell visits apart and measure page views and clicks in aggregate. We do not use Google’s advertising signals: ad storage and personalisation stay denied. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area with GDPR safeguards.

4. Consent

Technical items and Umami are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of Spanish Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Google services (Google Analytics) are not loaded until you press “Accept” in the banner (article 22.2 LSSI-CE and GDPR). If you press “Reject”, they are not loaded and their cookies are not stored. You can change your mind by deleting the site data in your browser: the banner will appear again.

5. How to delete them

You can delete cookies and site data from your browser settings. If you do, your cart will be emptied and your preferences lost.
