Terms of sale
1. Who we are and scope
These terms govern purchases on kitemikaze.com, an online kitesurf shop based in Tarifa (Cádiz, Spain). By placing an order you accept them. The seller’s details are in the Legal notice.

2. Orders and prices
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise and are shown in euros. The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation by email. If a price or availability is wrong we will tell you and you may confirm or cancel the order at no cost.
3. Payment
You can pay by card, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay (the latter depending on your device). Payment is made on Stripe’s secure page. Kitemikaze never sees or stores your card details. The order is prepared once payment has been completed successfully.
4. Shipping
We ship to the countries listed in the checkout form. At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: if you live there, write to us and we will look into it.
Usual delivery time is 3 to 5 working days in mainland Spain, from when the order is confirmed and the product is available. If a product takes longer, we will tell you.
Standard shipping costs €9.90 and is free over €100.00.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise it, tell us clearly by email before that period ends.
We will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of you telling us your decision, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or you show that you have sent it back.
Exceptions: items made to your specifications or personalised, and sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed after delivery.
6. Returns
To return a product, tell us first by email. Send it back unused, in its original packaging and in good condition, within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. The direct cost of returning is yours, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered.
If the product arrives damaged or is wrong, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will solve it at no cost to you.
7. Legal warranty
Products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee of 3 years from delivery under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If a product is not in conformity you may ask for repair or replacement, and secondarily a price reduction or termination of the contract. The warranty does not cover normal wear or misuse.
8. Customer service and complaints

To file a complaint, write to us at that same address: complaint forms are available to you and we will reply as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can go to the competent consumer protection authorities of your region or municipality.
9. How we verify reviews
Only people who bought a product from Kitemikaze can review it. After delivery we email a personal link that allows one review per product purchased.
We publish every review we receive, regardless of the rating, without filtering positive or negative ones. Before publishing we only check that they contain no offensive or unlawful content or content unrelated to the product.
Reviews are voluntary: we give no discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
