Do I need to take my shoes off to put them on?

No. The E-zipper system lets you put them on and take them off with your shoes still on.

What do the Short and Tall versions mean?

They are part of SQlab Adaptive Sizing: each size from S to XL comes in two versions to better match your body proportions.

What kind of riding are they for?

Park laps, enduro and everyday trail riding, with Level 2 protection and a mesh back panel for ventilation.

ION K-Pact Zip SQ MTB Knee Pads

The K-Pact Zip is the newest generation of ION's long standing K-Pact line, shaped by years of feedback from ION riders and athletes. It now features a Level 2 RE ZRO protector that blends impact protection, flexibility and low weight.

The E-zipper system lets you put the pads on or take them off without removing your shoes, which makes life easier before, during or after a ride. The fit is ergonomic, with updated SQlab sizing and a new mesh back panel for better airflow. They are made for park laps, enduro rides and everyday trails.

With Adaptive Sizing by SQlab, sizes run from S to XL, each in a Short and a Tall version, so you can choose the fit that best matches your body proportions.
